Normally you may not activate the same realm more than once per turn — each die must be used in a different realm (page 2). The only exception is a resource ability: spending 3 pumpkins can allow you to use a die in a realm you've already activated this turn (page 7).

If you cannot use a die as rolled in any realm, you may instead gain a resource (page 2). This is a fallback to soften a missed use and is not the primary way to earn resources (page 2).

No — when a realm explicitly references the rolled value you must use the dice as actually rolled and may not manipulate or create dice for that purpose (page 4 and page 7). Resource effects that create or adjust dice apply only to your uses and do not retroactively change what counts as a "rolled" value (page 7).

Unspent resources do not carry over between rounds; instead each unspent resource is worth 0.1 stars for that round and all resources are erased at the end of the round (pages 7 and 2). You are also limited to the number of resources shown on your resource card (page 7).

A gained die is only available to the player who spent the resources and cannot be used in the other realms you activate that turn (page 7). There are some specific exceptions noted on the resource table (for example interactions with 3 pumpkins); see page 7 for details.

After the third round add up your round scores (including decimal 0.1 points from unspent resources) to get your total; the highest total wins (page 6 and page 2). Ties are broken by highest Round 3 score, then Round 2, then Round 1, and if still tied the players share the victory (page 6).
