Talisman

Players pick a fantasy hero—Barbarian, Wizard, Monk, or other archetypes—and move across a multi-region game board representing a fantasy land. On each turn players roll dice to move, draw event and encounter cards, fight creatures, gain items and followers, and increase their stats through combat and exploration. As characters grow stronger they can enter the board’s central region to face trials and attempt to claim the Crown of Command; the first to meet the final conditions wins. Numerous expansions add new characters, locations and encounter cards to vary play.

Después de mil años he rescatado el juego para jugar con mi hijo, y obviamente se lo ha pasado de muerte, al final, es la función de un juego: divertir. Obviamente mecánicamente esto hace agua por todos lados, encima es la segunda edición, asi que es todavía más simplona que la cuarta. Pero a los peques les gusta, esa incertidumbre con esos efectos tan extremos de o todo o nada por la tirada de un dado.
