This is a tile laying and set collection game. The idea is you collect money cards of different currencies and then spend them in spots that match their currency to purchase tiles which you add to your tableau. In the money deck there are some seeded scoring cards, which when revealed, players get points for their majorities in different colors. It's a light, fun game where there's some tension as to if you get the building you want, but you still get to build your own little city, so there's limited aggression.
