Players control rival mobsters extorting businesses and eliminating competing gangs. Gang members are placed around an oblong table, with seating positions providing different actions: businesses generate income, guns allow attacks across the table, and knives target adjacent mobsters. Some gang members carry their own weapons and can attack from any position. The game ends when all available money has been taken, and the player with the most cash wins.
