Tide of Iron

Simulate tactical World War II combat between American and German forces in Northern Europe during 1944–45. Players set up scenario-defined maps, forces, objectives, and victory conditions using modular double-sided map tiles, terrain hexes, plastic soldier and vehicle miniatures, cards, dice, and markers. Gameplay is scenario-driven and focuses on squad- and vehicle-level movement, line-of-sight, ranged and close combat, and objective control. Special rules, varied troop allotments, and optional scenario enhancements alter unit capabilities and mission goals, supporting a wide range of tactical engagements and battlefield layouts.
