Players lead a troupe of performers in the Mediterranean tradition of street firework spectacles. Over three rounds of four phases, players send performers into streets to perform actions, engage the crowd, and deploy different types of fireworks. The game emphasizes timing, resource management, and positioning: advance a time marker, resolve intermediate scoring, refill carts with fireworks, and move crowd cards along parade routes. Performers return between rounds and new crowd cards appear, creating evolving opportunities and challenges as players build momentum and try to earn the most prestige.
