A Gest of Robin Hood

Play an asymmetric duel set in 12th‑century England between outlaws and royal authority. One side commands Robin Hood and the Merry Men, conducting robberies, recruiting sympathizers, and encouraging peasant resistance. The other side commands the Sheriff and Henchmen, collecting taxes, suppressing unrest, and policing the countryside. Players use Plots, Deeds, and Events to move forces, influence or control peasants, raise funds, and execute tactical operations. Victory is decided by the position of the Royal Favour marker along the Justice–Order track, with the final inspection determining the winner if needed.
