BattleTech: Alpha Strike Box Set

A boxed set for large-scale tabletop mech combat that uses streamlined rules and miniatures-scale maneuvering. Players command lance- and company-sized formations, move assembled unpainted miniatures, resolve combat with dice and cards, and manage support and terrain using punchboard counters and fold-up buildings. The box supplies a rulebook, scenario and setting material, unit and pilot cards, battlefield support cards, reference sheets, dice, and thirteen preassembled mech miniatures in a mix of new sculpts and new poses. Play focuses on maneuver, target selection, and combined-arms coordination at a scale above individual skirmishes.
