Black Operators

A modern espionage and superhero setting powered by Pathfinder and Ultimate Psionics rules, drawing on the style of comic-book action. It introduces revised playable races, including Culture and Neon aliens and numerous Earth-born mutants, along with new options for supersoldiers and other unusual characters. Racial types and subtypes such as Psionic, Mutant, and Patriot help define characters’ abilities and place in the setting. Mutant is now a shared subtype among several linked races, while other groups receive substantial redesigns, new traits, and alternate racial traits.
