Captain Flip: Dolphin

Adds a new tile that changes the reveal phase. When the tile is drawn, players take turns beginning with the active player to flip a tile of their choice from their board and resolve the revealed character's effects. After everyone has flipped and applied effects, the tile is removed from the game (returned to the box) and a replacement tile is drawn and played.
