Gearworld: The Borderlands

Players take the roles of scavenger gangs in a post-apocalyptic landscape where ruined machines and scraps from the lost Sky Cities are the main resources. Each turn, players gather and move resources, build developments (weapons, transport, and towering skyworks) and contest territory against rivals. Resources must be co-located to construct items, so logistics and transport planning are central. Combat and area control allow players to seize tokens from others or defend their holdings while balancing investment between military strength and long-term skywork construction. Victory comes from successfully building the required skyworks while maintaining enough force to protect them.
