Greenland (fan expansion for Ticket to Ride)

A fan-made map that follows the core mechanics of the base Ticket to Ride game but uses a special Greenland board, custom cards and a few alternate rules. Players use train pieces and train cards from the base Ticket to Ride set to claim routes between towns, complete destination tickets and score points for routes and bonuses. An extra deck of city cards awards points for visiting specific locations; these are drafted and resolved using the same keep/discard rules as destination tickets. Some city cards grant special facilities to help complete tickets, and up to nine end-game bonus objectives are available. The map removes grey and parallel tracks and offers limited alternative routing. A new player action lets a player discard five cards to draw five new ones, and any player may call game end once the train stock reaches three.
