This sourcebook examines the fierce Aslan and the militant, vegetarian K’kree, covering their biology, homeworlds, cultures, societies, and historical involvement with the Imperium. It includes racial templates and rules for playing characters from either species, along with examples of their unique technologies and ship designs. Two minor races are also detailed: the Inyx, aquatic parasites that absorb bio-electrical energy from whale-sized hosts, and the Devi Intelligence, consisting of sentient fungal Intellects and their predatory Shiverbat spores.
