Players explore a Hidden World layered beneath contemporary Britain, where folklore, faerie courts, occult orders and urban supernatural phenomena intersect with everyday life. Characters embody investigators, occultists or beings from the Hidden World who balance human ties and otherworldly obligations. Play focuses on scene-based, collaborative storytelling: characters investigate mysteries, negotiate with supernatural factions, and confront moral and metaphysical dilemmas. Mechanically, the game uses a compact, self-contained ruleset for scene framing, conflict resolution and character advancement, with emphasis on mood, atmosphere and the consequences of crossing into liminal spaces.
