Players command Union and Confederate forces in a day-by-day simulation of the 1862 Peninsula Campaign. The map uses period cartography with hexes representing about 2,000 yards; units range from divisions to small cavalry detachments. Play proceeds in alternating daily turns with combat, movement, reinforcements, and weather affecting operations. Eight scenarios vary from short cavalry raids to the full campaign, supporting two players or teams and multiple rule levels for introductory and advanced play.
