Sniff your way around Africa, Asia, and the Orient in this sea-faring trading game. Captain a European merchant ship between ports, buying regional spices and selling them in distant markets. Card-driven prices create opportunities for commodity speculation, while profits also provide the supplies needed to keep the ship moving. Event cards and pirates disrupt voyages, and players can seek an expert price by drawing a real spice container, identifying its contents by scent, and matching it to a list.
