Taco Loco

Players take turns adding one of three visible filling cards to any taco in play, aiming to force another player to receive a taco whose face-up cards total exactly 11. If a taco hits 11 on a play, the active player gives that taco’s cards to another player, who sets them aside as penalty. Plays that push a taco over 11 cause the active player to take and set aside those cards instead. Matching the most recent card value lets a player start a fresh taco with that card. Two special cards modify play: one instantly brings a taco to 11 so it can be handed off, while the other can reset a taco to 0 or counter the instant-fill card and force the instigator to take the taco. The round ends when all cards are played; the player with the fewest collected cards wins.
