Players compete as pirates to grab boat parts, equipment and doubloons from a simultaneously revealed central treasure chest. Each turn shows a set of face-down treasures, then players rush in real time to place crew meeples as bids on individual items; ties are removed, highest remaining bidder wins items, and unclaimed loot is auctioned for money. After looting, players use collected parts and gear to build a ship on a spatial puzzle board, scoring for money, equipment, ship size, speed and specific tile sets over eight rounds. A 15-second sand timer enforces the frantic, real-time plunder phase.
