1856: Railroading in Upper Canada from 1856

Players invest in and operate rail companies on a stylized map of eastern Canada, buying and selling stock to control corporate actions and reap dividends. Track tiles are laid on a hex grid to build routes and connect cities, while companies run trains to generate revenue. The game adds mechanics for a national government railroad and government loans, creating constraints and competition that affect private company growth. Play ends when the bank is depleted or a player goes bankrupt; the winner is the player with the largest personal holdings.
