Dungeonology: The Expedition

Players take the roles of scholars sent to investigate strange subterranean societies from a Renaissance-era university town. They explore modular dungeon locations, encounter native creatures and cultures, and gather information about inhabitants’ customs and histories. Gameplay centers on moving through the dungeon, conducting observations and interactions to collect knowledge tokens and complete research objectives. Points come from successful studies, discoveries and thesis development; the player with the most scholarly points wins.
