Players cooperate as leaders of Tenochtitlan to defend the city from an arriving foreign invasion. On each turn players assign warriors to key locations to block and fight advancing troops while deploying priests to perform ceremonies and sacrifices that activate the city’s gods and modify the board. The invaders target temples and infrastructure; players must manage resources, coordinate placements, and time rituals to blunt attacks and protect population and sacred sites. Gameplay emphasizes teamwork, tactical placement, and balancing military actions with ritual effects as the invasion progresses through escalating waves.
