The setting contrasts underground labyrinth cities and a harsh surface environment as competing factions pursue political influence, resources, and visions for Mars’s future. Players command factions with distinct goals and capabilities, conducting political maneuvering, guerrilla actions, resource management, and infrastructure projects across a map of Martian territory. As turns progress, shifting loyalties, asymmetric objectives, and event-driven changes shape control and governance of the planet.
