Players sail a changing sea to assemble a pirate armada by capturing ships. Memory and deduction drive play: reveal barrels to match a ship’s sail colour or number of sails and claim that vessel for the fleet. Movement and interaction come from usable tools on the table: a compass lets a player move to a chosen ship, a grappling hook permits stealing from opponents, and special barrels introduce effects like a spyglass, bombs, whirlpool, mermaid or a Kraken. Flipping Blackbeard triggers targeted attacks and forces opponents to defend by finding matching barrel information. The first player to collect three ships with identical sail colour or sail count wins.
