Players pilot a hot-air balloon across a fog-shrouded archipelago, revealing terrain by placing tiles on adjacent spaces to build cities, monuments and continuous landscapes. Movement uses a wind mechanic that affects acceleration and deceleration; players manage wind direction and timing to conserve energy and reach objectives by steering against or with the wind. Turn order affects rewards: early players draw more landscape tiles, while later players draw fewer but gain control over wind direction. The game ends when a player connects all revealed landscape tiles to their balloon base.
