No Swap No Pay

Players are pirates dividing a season’s plunder by drafting coins into personal loot bags, then forcing or declining swaps with other players’ bags. Each round a captain draws coin pairs for drafting, players pick two coins to add to their bag, then in turn each player challenges another to swap bags or takes a random coin if the challenge is refused. Finally each player secretly returns one coin to the treasure bag before the captain passes. Coins come in four types with different scoring interactions: gold, silver (including a five-for-15 bonus), cursed black coins that can zero a bag or score if in threes, and blue coins that players assign as gold, silver, or black at game end. The player with the highest-value loot wins.
