Pikemen

A tactical battle game played with Icehouse Pieces on an 8×8 board. Each piece represents a warrior carrying a long spear, or pike. On a turn, a Pikeman charges any number of spaces in the direction it faces, then reorients its pike. A piece pointing straight up is in a defensive stance and can only be captured by a larger piece; pointed pieces can be captured by any opposing piece. Captured pieces score 1, 2, or 3 points according to size, and the first player to reach the agreed target, usually 12 points, wins.
