A criminal syndicate has embedded itself in the city, and players take the roles of elite cops working together to dismantle its plots. Each player controls a distinct cop with a unique card deck, maneuvering a large map of the city on foot and in vehicles to confront criminals and pursue leads. Gameplay combines cooperative combat using miniatures and custom dice with card-driven actions and modular decks for quick setup and customization. Players balance fighting criminal operatives, intercepting schemes generated by enemy decks, and collecting clues to solve a central case before the syndicate completes its plan.
