Rebuilding Chicago

Rebuild a neighborhood following the Great Chicago Fire by placing buildings, expanding into suburbs, and constructing landmarks. Each round, population growth is followed by a choice to build, expand, activate an event, or enact a law. Buy building shapes from a shared market, fit them into the grid, and earn profit from commerce. Score points for building types, upgrades, landmarks, events, and remaining cash. A solo deck simulates a second player.
