Players hunt hidden mystical books and cast spells in a trick-taking game with a changing elemental focus. Each round players are dealt spells and an Element deck reveals a Title Spell that sets the trump Element for that chapter. Players play one spell per trick; matching the lead Element continues a Chain and activates a spell’s effect, while playing a different Element breaks the Chain and silences that spell. Special-Element spells cannot start or break Chains and are immune to being silenced, but they cannot be trump. In standard play four players form two teams and score tricks by winning chapters; an alternative survival mode has 3–4 solo players lose health when they play the weakest spell until one remains. Modular Element selection alters strategy between plays.
