Lo Squalo!

Players compete as swimmers trying to avoid being the slowest and bitten by the shark. Each round everyone chooses a card face-down and reveals simultaneously; card values determine the order of swimmers (higher values move toward the front, ties hold their positions). The swimmer at the rear is bitten, loses a limb token, and is moved to the front of the line. Rounds repeat with players managing their hand and limb tokens until only two swimmers remain on the table. The swimmer in front at that point is the winner.
