Players cooperate to identify emotion-themed cards hidden in teammates’ hands while avoiding too much Agony. The deck contains five suits representing anger, sadness, joy, fear, and disgust; on a turn a player either plays a card or guesses a card in another player’s hand. Talking about cards is prohibited, but each played card may be placed in one of four orientations to transmit limited information. Correct guesses earn Harmony points, while playing clue-cards and incorrect guesses increase Agony. The group wins by keeping Harmony high and Agony low before the deck runs out.
