Players cooperate to stop three deadly diseases spreading across North America. Each turn, players move between cities, treat infections, share research, and work toward discovering cures while managing outbreaks and limited resources. The game runs in about 30 minutes and uses a compact rule set focused on quick, tense decision-making and coordination among player roles to prevent the continent from succumbing to epidemics.
