Rome: Fate of an Empire

Players assume the roles of Roman leaders shaping the growth of an ancient empire. Each player drafts a personal deck and builds a tableau of cards to generate resources, enact policies, and fulfill edicts that score points. Gameplay centers on engine-building through deck- and tableau-development, hand management, and resource allocation as players expand influence and execute strategies over several rounds. Decision-making focuses on optimizing card combos, timing actions, and responding to opponents' moves to maximize civic accomplishments.
