The Breach

Players take the role of Breachers, expert hackers infiltrating a mysterious virtual database controlled by a powerful corporation. Each player fields an avatar and deploys viruses to spread through the database, collect secret data, and advance their faction’s goals. Gameplay centers on resource management, set-collection, and asymmetric powers: players balance virus placement, information gathering, and confrontation with rival Breachers. Automated defenses (I.C.E.) and an adaptive AI security system introduce tactical threats, while variable avatar abilities and changing database layouts ensure each session presents new strategic choices.
