Players build a linear highway along California’s coast by drafting cards that serve as either resources to extend the road or as the road sections themselves. The route scores for connecting terrain types and fulfilling specific conditions, while players can place real-world landmarks on the highway to enable additional scoring opportunities. Gameplay focuses on card drafting, route planning and chaining elements to maximize points as the shared coast highway grows.
