Fortunes of Scoundrel Bay

Players take the roles of pirate captains racing through an archipelago to amass gold and reputation. Each turn a player plays one of 84 unique multi‑use cards and chooses Recruit, Sail and shoot monster, or Invade, with the restriction that the same action cannot be repeated from the previous turn. Crew-building unlocks stronger options such as digging for treasure, invading hideouts, and picking up and delivering crates. The map features harbors and islands for area‑majority contests, recurring reef phases that trigger events and require feeding the crew, and a race element where crossing the fifth reef ends the game. Gameplay emphasizes open drafting, timing monster engagements, and blind bidding for advantages rather than direct player elimination.
