Players act as members of an intelligence team assigned to an embassy to gather leaked information. Each round the starting player chooses one of two locations, and players simultaneously select one of four card positions from their personal deck to play: a fully revealed card, a hidden card, a card revealed only to its owner, or a card revealed to everyone except its owner. Agents score Information Points according to their values, Recruiters convert into Agents, and Infiltrators convert into Recruiters while also potentially disrupting Agents. Players manage hand composition, timing, and partial information over multiple rounds; the player with the most Information Points at game end wins.
