Ghost Letters

Players are Detectives piecing together a crime from 12 clue cards, only three of which are the True Clues. One player secretly plays the Ghost of the victim and receives clue selections from the table; the Ghost opens a subset as Hints to guide the investigation. One player is the Murderer and tries to mislead others through discussion and bluffing about which clues were sent but not opened. Over three rounds, Detectives must identify all three True Clues or two True Clues plus the Murderer to win. Optional roles (Accomplices, Witness, Expert, Blackmailer) add hidden abilities in extended play, and the game supports full cooperative play at low counts and social deduction with up to 12 players.
