13 This Week: Local Programs Mar. 19-25

A fanzine supplement for a public access television roleplaying game, presenting new material set in Fairhaven. This issue introduces the Amateur Daredevil hero role, profiles robotic public servant Mayor Sparkacus, and provides weekly listings for WHPA TV13 shows, each with adventure hooks and inspiration. It also includes two mini-adventures: one involving Mayor Sparkacus on a mysterious rampage, and another featuring a dill-scented cryptid known as the Gherkin Goblin.
