The hazards support settings filled with fantastic mutations and fantasy-like monsters rather than strict hard science. Included hazards range from acidic sand storms, glass rains, irradiated zones, and nuclear fog to corrosive pools, toxic slimes, radioactive mold, shelter growth, and other dangerous wasteland phenomena.
