A Dekas of Black Market Equipment (PFRPG)
This collection adds ten pieces of equipment that are difficult to obtain through legitimate markets. The items may have illicit applications, lack any legal use, or be subject to local restrictions. Their availability and legality vary by settlement, with stricter locales banning or regulating them and black-market operators more likely to possess them.
