A Problem in Port Haven

A coastal village of fisher folk and artisans sits safely above a raging sea, though trouble may be brewing below. This semi-sandbox adventure gives the referee a village, marketplace, underground area, and several hooks for a party of four to six low-level adventurers to investigate. It can serve as a starter scenario or a stop within a larger campaign, and is compatible with classic-style fantasy role-playing rules.
