An adventure set in Nyssa, the capital of the Caneus Empire, where ancient rivalries and modern tensions threaten the city’s stability. What begins as an investigation into a series of muggings develops into a matter of political intrigue and state affairs. Designed for APLs 3 and 5, it supports characters of levels 3–6 and forms part of the NeoExodus Legacies Organized Play campaign.
