Adventure in a Con: The Eater’s Tower
This roleplaying adventure takes place in a supernatural alternate history inspired by the Byzantine Empire, with Renaissance-era technology. A powerful cursed human known as an Eater occupies an abandoned tower deep in a forest, and the party must confront the dangers within whether they are hunting the Eater or seeking shelter. Designed for three to six players, the scenario works as a convention game or one-shot and can also provide a starting point for a longer campaign. Its setting and story were created from random prompts during a convention, then written and illustrated on site.
