Allegiance to the Emperor
Players become involved in a political struggle in Rokugan when Daniel Hatcherman warns that Sven Oldarsson is using royal forces to pursue a colonial power play. They investigate Oldarsson’s allies and activities, then work to thwart the mission before Rokugan is placed under foreign control.
