A roleplaying setting for The 13th Age presents a world where scientific civilization and fantasy have collided, leaving elves, goblins, dragons, machines, and surviving human settlements in conflict. Players create characters from eleven species, twenty-one affiliations, and more than forty backgrounds, with eight new classes and over 270 feats. The rules include high-tech weapons and vehicles, including revolvers, railcannons, pickup trucks, and powered armor, along with new ranged-combat and vehicle systems, high-level legends, and more than thirty monsters.
