Archenemies

This supplement presents recurring supervillain adversaries and villainous organizations for use in superhero campaigns. Each has far-reaching plans and goals, including a government-created metahuman hunter, an exoskeleton-wearing social reformer, a deep-sea cult leader, an immortal alchemist escaping Hell, and an extremist environmentalist. Other threats include a nuclear-born nationalist, rival Arthurian claimants, an undead ruler, and a mechanical mastermind who plans to dismantle society through its dependence on technology. The entries provide villains designed to return as ongoing foes.
