Arkham Detective Tales
New York stands on the threshold between the modern age and the Mythos, where cults, strange deaths, haunted streets, and forbidden secrets lurk beyond the reach of ordinary law. Investigators serve as police officers and civilian consultants, following dangerous cases through the city’s shadowed neighborhoods. Four mysteries involve a kidnapped infant, a serial killer whose victims die under similar circumstances, a derelict tramp steamer with a missing crew, and a renewed horror in the tenements of Red Hook. Investigators gather clues, pursue suspects, and confront threats that may lie beyond the power of the law.
