Armed and Dangerous!: Serial Killers
This 14-page e-book presents six serial killers for use in a campaign setting. Each has distinct motivations and personality traits, ranging from a bored librarian to a mystic who kills to increase his power. The characters are designed as recurring villains rather than one-shot encounters, allowing them to threaten communities and haunt player characters across multiple sessions.
