Each round, players perform actions and exchange information while keeping their identities secret; deduction and bluffing determine who to trust. Social deduction and hidden objectives drive play: inmates coordinate escapes covertly while doctors investigate and block attempts. The game emphasizes mistrust and shifting alliances as players gather clues, accuse others, and use limited resources to further their goals.
